Problems are rarely unique. Someone has usually solved them before. In exchange of experiences and special interest groups, you will build up helpful practical knowledge.

How do others solve the same problems?

Our exchange of experiences (ERFA) and platforms are cross-industry hubs on various topics.

They offer a subject-specific discussion forum and exchange with external experts and company representatives.

Process & organization

The participants define the topics together and meet regularly and bindingly with changing host roles.

In addition to organising and coordinating the appointments, the Building Innovation Cluster, as a neutral player, is responsible for moderating and documenting the individual meetings.

Participation fee per year & company

Price upon request.

The participation fee is used to cover the costs of organization, moderation and documentation. If a participant is prevented from attending a meeting, we would like a replacement participant from the respective company.

Current exchange of experiences

ERFA carpenter

Carpenters come together to support each other on topics such as showroom design, digitization and process optimization. Everyone contributes their expertise, each individual is coached by colleagues and experts and receives valuable inspiration for their own company.
