ATTENTION Date Change: The trip will take place from Nov 15–22 (Sat–Sat).

Chinese OEMs – either within their home market or with their plans of setting up production sites abroad and gaining market shares globally – must raise your awareness for future automotive business.


If it is innovation, technology transfer, or cooperation – it will be just possible to reach one of those goals if you grab a chance and get in contact with the Chinese OEMs.


Like our joint initiative “Detroit Mission” we - the Automotive Cluster Upper Austria, Automotive Tech Belgium and Cluster Automotive Bavaria - are organizing a Tech Week between 15th of November and 21st of November and setting up Tech Showcases (Pitching Sessions / B2B Matchmaking) at some of those uprising or already leading companies at locations in the Beijing, Changzhou and Shanghai

Our first AUTOMOTIVE CHINA TECH week in 2025 will focus on (DIGITAL) GREEN MOBILITY containing:

  • Motion sickness, Health Tech,

  • Cooling / Heating with less loss of energy of the battery

  • E-Motor, In-Wheel Motor

  • Displays in the window / Integrated Controller in Front-Panel

  • Upgradeable Interieur & Exterieur for longer lifetime of a vehicle => Sustainability

  • ADAS – Sensors

  • AI – Advanced Use Cases

  • Potentially Showcasing also some early stage developments in those topics – also in China

Financial framework conditions should also be like our “Detroit Mission”, depending on every single event planned which will be integrated in the final program.

Included in the final prices normally:

  • Transfers in China excluding flights

  • Catering on – site and on the go (bus, train)

  • Presentations, networking, side-event(s)

  • Tech Showcases

  • Banquets

The process regarding the 1. ACT - Automotive China Tech – week looks like:

  1. Pre – Registration phase – until 19th of September: Fill out the following forms: ACT - AUTOMOTIVE CHINA TECH 2025 - (DIGITAL) GREEN MOBILITY

    1. Registration without any obligation, announcing your interest in being on the mission in November

    2. Receiving a template for preparing one or more OnePagers presenting you and your innovation(s) / technology

  2. Program phase - finalised

    • We will continue to reach out to Chinese OEMs & Tier1s in the Shanghai / Beijing area which will host us and our delegation

    • Setting up side events such as transfer solutions in China, catering, presentations, fun events and so on

    • Organizing hotel allotments in the defined area(s)

    • Preparing perfect flight opportunities for the whole delegation – either from Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich or Vienna

  3. Binding booking phase – starting from 1st of July until September 22nd !!!

    • All pre-registered companies will get the opportunity to adopt and fix their booking to get on board in November

    • Offering webinars for all permanently registered companies regarding inter – cultural preparations, current automotive business in china, Travel procedures for entering China and more

    • Forms to receive all necessary informations from all participants to be able to organize every single Tech Showcase in advance

    • Latest opportunities to reply to open questions from the participants side
