Excellent Science Programmes (Pillar I of the Horizon Europe R&D funding Programme) supports frontier research and breakthrough scientific ideas, bringing together the best researchers from Europe and beyond. It provides flexible funding and support researchers mobility ("MSCA-Actions"). Whereas Research Infrastructures programmes supports world-class facilities and resources for the research community.

ERFA Horizon Europe talks

Since 2015, the "Erfahrungsaustauschrunde Horizon Europe" (ERFA HE) - Horizon Europe funding talks are organised 3 times a year. Members discuss challenges, solutions and experiences relating to European funding programmes for research and innovation in small groups with moderators and guests. Sometimes company tours are included.
Furthermore, Business Upper Austria, Team Funding International, provides ERFA HE members with regular updates on current topics.

Participation Fee

Participation for existing members is included in the annual fee already paid for 2025. For individuals who have not paid the annual fee, the participation fee is € 220,- (excl. 20% VAT) per person.

For newcomers, one trial session is available free of charge. In this case, please indicate “First-time participant” in the “Comments” section when registering or contact us in advance.

If there are any scheduling conflicts, colleagues are welcome to participate on your behalf. In this case, please send us a short email (foerderungen@biz-up.at) with the contact details of the new participant.
